Pragmatic and hands-on agility: You do not apply frameworks dogmatically. You understand their principles and adapt practices thoughtfully to the problem, team, and context.
Constructive courage: You recognize uncomfortable dynamics and conflicts, unclear accountability, or ineffective routines and address them directly and respectfully.
Low ego and high credibility: You build trust through ownership, consistency, competence, and useful interventions rather than through formal authority.
Clarity and follow-through: You turn complex discussions into clear decisions, ownership, and actionable next steps—and ensure they are followed through.
Adaptability and resilience: You can operate effectively in a fast-growing environment in which structures, priorities, and team constellations continue to grow quickly.
Context sensitivity: You understand that a Development team, an Operations team, and a Marketing team require different working practices.
Strengthen our Development delivery system: Establish and further develop clear, effective, and consistently applied sprint routines across the relevant Development teams, including planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement follow-ups.
Increase team effectiveness: Help Development teams identify and address their most relevant impediments, resulting in clearer ownership, more reliable collaboration across scaling intercepts, and fewer recurring process-related blockers.
Extend effective collaboration practices beyond Development: Design and facilitate selected retrospectives and improvement workshops for teams such as Operations, Marketing, and cross-functional teams or projects, adapting pragmatic methods to their specific context.
