Manage and coordinate all musical support for worship services and special religious events across multiple chapel locations.

Recruit, audition, schedule, and supervise musicians to ensure full coverage of all required services.

Coordinate weekly music selections with chaplains, worship leaders, and service themes.

Ensure musicians rehearse as required and arrive on time for all services and events.

Provide oversight of rehearsals, sound checks, and overall musical quality during services.

Maintain musician schedules, availability rosters, and service coverage plans.

Submit weekly music selections for chapel publications and bulletins.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in music coordination, program management, or similar role.

Ability to recruit, manage, and coordinate musicians for multiple services.

Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience supporting religious services or chapel programs.
-
Background in music performance, accompaniment, or worship leadership.

Experience working in a military or multi-faith environment.
