Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
-
Lead global and cross-functional project teams within the GaN Systems Business Line, managing complex GaN technology and product development projects (D-process) from concept through end-of-life

Drive decisions, ensuring smooth communication, and aligning all stakeholders

Be ready to challenge and improve processes and procedures to find faster, leaner, more efficient approaches
-
Oversee budgets, risk management, and target achievement for all project phases
-
Contribute to lean project management improvements

Represent your projects up to Infineon board level
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
-
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or a related field
-
At least 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with 6+ years in project management of technology, discretes or multi-chip packaged products (IPMA-C certification as a plus)
-
Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional technology projects with multiple stakeholders across different sites and organizations
-
Solid understanding of GaN wafer manufacturing processes, including epitaxy, gate stack formation, ohmic contacts, passivation, and backend interconnects is plus
-
Experience with PLM/project management tools is a strong advantage
-
Know-how in leading global projects and teams across Europe, US and Asia as well as working with advanced technologies

Well versed in stakeholder management, seniority to report on Division/Company board level

Challenge the status quo while having a structured problem-solving mindset
-
Highly motivated to make "Accelerate innovation to customer value" work

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a high degree of ownership, accountability and proactivity

Fluent in English, with good German skills as a plus
