Morrison is an Australian designer fashion brand, born in Fremantle, Western Australia in 2002, named after Kylie's loyal Kelpie Cross. Creative Director Kylie Radford became an almost overnight success story after designing the perfect fitting pair of pants that she couldn't keep in stock. From that first store, Kylie created collections with a focus on quality fabrics, considered silhouettes and the kind of subtle detailing that makes every piece feel quietly distinctive. Drawing inspiration from the relaxed confidence of the Australian lifestyle, Morrison creates collections that are timeless and modern, with an often unexpected detail that sets each piece apart. Produced in limited quantities with a focus on pieces you will keep forever. Today the label is still designed in Fremantle and has eleven boutiques and over 100 stockists nationally.
About the Role
As Store Manager at Warringah, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, inspiring your team to success, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be empowered to make decisions, influence results, and create a positive and engaging culture that delivers both commercial success and outstanding customer outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent while fostering an inclusive and positive team culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling, client relationship management, in-store appointments, and VIP events.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, implementing commercial strategies, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage store operations including rostering, labour costs, inventory control, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand execution.
- Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to support team success.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
About You
- Proven experience as a Store Manager within a fashion or lifestyle retail brand.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Passionate about people leadership, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer focus with experience in styling, clientelling, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Confident providing performance feedback, coaching, and accountability to drive results.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experienced in managing store operations, budgets, labour costs, and overall business performance.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering premium customer experiences.
