What you should bring to the table:
- A college degree with above-average grades, for example in business administration, industrial engineering, or business informatics with a focus on data science.
- A strong interest in logistics, data, data processing, AI, and digital innovations.
- Initial practical experience with AI solutions and, ideally, in logistics - such as through internships or part-time student jobs - is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way.
- Initiative, curiosity, and a drive to improve things.
- Very good German and English skills for collaborating in an international environment.
