Aim of the position
Customer support in a defined area
Main tasks
Acquisition of new equipment and reagent customers in the PRIVATE LABORATORY and HOSPITAL customer segments, etc.
Preparation and implementation of the calculation of new projects (requirement figures, competitive situation, organizational requirements, prices)
Organization and intensive support of installations, device demonstrations and evaluations together with Technology, Application, Marketing & Customer Service
Support and expansion of business relationships with existing customers
Recording, forwarding and co-processing of complaints and customer enquiries/wishes (in accordance with MPG).
Market and competition monitoring, feedback to sales management and marketing
Practical demonstration of the products
Participation in trade fairs and events as well as in-house training and meetings
Documentation of visits and customer contacts as well as other activities in CRM systems or our reporting tools

Education
Completed training preferably in the healthcare / life science sector or with a commercial background
Work experience
Several years of experience in field service in the field of laboratory systems and/or immunology or comparable

Willingness to travel
