Required Skillsets

General interest/motivation to start working for one of the leading global sourcing advisors and the ambition to develop further into becoming an expert in one of our core fields of expertise (e.g., Sourcing, Benchmarking, Cybersecurity, Change Management)

Must have: Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English (you need to be fluent in verbal and written German) with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms

Basic knowledge in Information Technology and interest to expand your knowledge (cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity,)

Knowledge of Finance (business cases, simulations, financial modelling)

Organizational talent and pragmatic hands-on approach

Great command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically but not limited to PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, apply structured thinking and strong presentation skills
Responsibilities
-
When you join ISG as an Analyst you will become part of the ISG team helping our clients to transform and optimize their business processes by focusing on using data and analyses to drive information technology strategies and business process transformations.

You will begin your career at ISG being trained on consulting skills and methodologies and tools in order to provide support to ISG's projects

You will work with a diverse group of global colleagues; many recognized industry experts, in a variety of industries with some of the top companies in the world.

Depending upon your project assignment, you may be performing industry and client research, data gathering, processing and analysis

As an analyst you will typically work on a technology benchmarking or sourcing project

Facilitating client workshops, assisting in the preparation of client presentations and reports, and to a lesser degree, identifying opportunities to expand ISG’s client relationships.

Supporting our Business Development process in preparing sales presentations to ISG clients and prospects.
