EPOS, what is that ? It’s a comprehensive SaaS ecosystem designed specifically for the funeral industry. It consists of three major pillars:
- The Management Software: A professional platform that helps funeral directors manage their activity. It’s designed to make their work easier, more efficient, and more modern.
- The Digital Showcase (Growth Tools): Beyond management, we provide tools to help funeral homes increase their visibility and reputation online.
- Family Services: A digital and human support ecosystem to simplify post-death administration and provide meaningful tools for remembrance.
Your Responsibilities : Strategy, Acquisition, and Closing
Reporting to the Commercial Director DACH, your mission is to drive the entire sales cycle to establish the EPOS solution as the market standard:
- Hunter & Strategist: You develop your own outbound acquisition strategy and manage qualified leads and opportunities from our established customer base.
- Master of closing: You lead product demonstrations, identify customer "pain points," and position EPOS as the essential digital solution until the final signature.
- Trusted Advisor: You practice high-value consultative selling with senior decision-makers, building lasting relationships rather than just focusing on a product sale.
- SaaS Ecosystem Expert: You work closely with Marketing to target your actions and with the Customer Success/Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth handover and detect upsell opportunities.
- Builder: You actively contribute to defining and scaling our sales processes, playbooks and strategy across Germany and Austria.
Your Profile : The Entrepreneurial Spirit
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or digital environment with complex sales cycles.
- "CEO" Mindset: You manage your pipeline independently and proactively. You are driven by the challenge of new business.
- Communication: You are fluent in German (native/bilingual) and have business-level proficiency in English to collaborate with our international teams.
- Mobility: You are willing to travel to meet prospects and clients across Germany and Austria.
- Empathy: You understand the sensitivity of the funeral industry and possess high empathy, patience, and professional communication skills.
