SAP MM/SD Senior Consultant – S/4HANA Supply Chain | EMEA |
We at WeQuel are looking for an experienced SAP MM/SD Senior Consultant for a long-term S/4HANA transformation program with one of our clients. This is a remote-first engagement open to candidates across the EMEA region — whether you are based in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, South Africa or anywhere else in Europe, the Middle East or Africa, we want to hear from you.
You will own the Procurement and/or Order-to-Cash workstream, driving process design, system configuration and go-live delivery in a complex supply chain environment.
Your responsibilities:
Analyse and optimise procurement, inventory and order management processes within SAP MM/SD
Lead FIT/GAP workshops with supply chain, logistics and commercial stakeholders
Design, customise and implement MM and/or SD processes in SAP S/4HANA
Act as SME for the Procurement or Order-to-Cash domain
Manage integration points between MM, SD, FI and WM/EWM
Prepare and execute data migration activities for master and transactional data
Plan and execute testing, including integration testing and UAT
Support cutover, go-live and hypercare phases
Ensure documentation quality and compliance throughout the project
Must have:
Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on SAP MM and/or SD functional consulting experience
Proven end-to-end S/4HANA project experience — at least one full implementation lifecycle
Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (MM) and/or Order-to-Cash (SD) processes
Strong experience with master data management, pricing, and document flow
Experience facilitating workshops and driving solution design with business stakeholders Fluent English — spoken and written
Fluent German — spoken and written
Fluent Dutch — spoken and written
Fluent Swedish — spoken and written
Fluent French — spoken and written
Ability to sign a consulting agreement as a registered legal entity (company or sole trader)
Valid right to work — no visa sponsorship available
Good to have:
Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) or Inventory Management in S/4HANA
Background in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Demand Planning
Experience with EDI, vendor integration or third-party logistics connectivity
Industry background in manufacturing, retail, distribution or automotive
German or another major European language — an advantage for client-facing work
SAP certification in MM or SD
Experience working in remote-first, cross-border consulting environments
