As a Customer Success Outbound Agent at Getsafe, you are the first point of contact for our customers over the phone and impress with your friendly and engaging manner:

You play a key role at our customer interface, inspiring our customers with our concept and service.

You guide customers through our digital process over the phone, answer their questions, and identify gaps in their current coverage.

You schedule advisory appointments for our Sales Consultants to ensure customers are optimally covered throughout their individual life stages.

You contribute your own ideas to the strategic development of the team and help shape the future of digital, needs-based advisory services with us.

You have completed a vocational training.

You are a strong communicator and enjoy every conversation where you can help our customers get the best possible coverage.

You enjoy working with innovative digital sales structures and want to help us rethink insurance sales together.

Ideally, you have some experience in customer-facing roles, but this is not a must – at Getsafe, mindset matters most. Previous experience in the insurance industry is also not required.

You are fluent in German and English.
