What You'll Do-
Independently troubleshoot control-related faults in PLC and robot control systems to ensure smooth production operations in fully automated facilities

Participation in preventive maintenance measures on machines

Identifying and resolving control errors

Documentation of all maintenance, modification, and repair work, as well as damage reports and fault resolution

Carrying out tasks according to instructions while observing all guidelines, safety, and accident prevention regulations

Supporting the commissioning of new machines

Fault elimination in control systems to ensure smooth production operations

Developing and setting up functionalities to identify improvement potentials and conduct error analyses

Independent and self-responsible development of solutions for production-specific problems

Creating technical documentation

Training employees and enabling them to independently identify and resolve problems

Optimizing production processes while adhering to the highest quality and safety standards

Adapting the control system based on process or product changes

Communication and cooperation with production and maintenance personnel
What You'll Bring-
Completed training/degree in the field of computer science, automation technology, mechatronics, electronics, or comparable

Relevant professional experience in the maintenance of production machinery

Good technical understanding and initial experience in programming with common PLCs (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, SEW, or Beckhoff) and robot controllers (KUKA, FANUC)

Understanding of technical and electrical drawings in large-scale series production

Knowledge of the structure and geometry of fully automated production systems

Hands-on mentality

Willingness to work in shifts

English or German skills required
