As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll help healthcare professionals successfully adopt AlfaDocs and transform the way they manage their practice.
You will:

Guide customers through the onboarding journey, from kickoff to successful adoption.

Understand each practice's workflows and recommend best practices to improve productivity and profitability.

Deliver engaging training sessions for doctors, secretaries, and practice managers.

Manage onboarding projects, coordinating milestones, timelines, and stakeholders.

Set clear expectations, proactively identify risks, and remove adoption blockers.

Handle challenging conversations with confidence, maintaining customer trust even in difficult situations.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insights to continuously improve our product and onboarding experience.
Requirements

1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Consulting, Implementation, or Sales.

Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.

Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and focused on priorities.

Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to influence customers through a consultative approach and build long-term trust.

Ownership, resilience, and a proactive attitude.

Passion for technology and digital transformation.

Experience with CRM and help desk platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar).

Native Italian and fluent English (C1).

Based near Munich or Milan, or willing to relocate.
Administrative Info:
- Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.

Salary range: 27-30.000€ (Italy) 30-32.000€ (Germany)
