Join Elea Technology as an Engineering Department Assistant (m/f/d)!

Are you ready to help send our PEF systems out into the world? Elea Technology – a leading company in innovative food processing – is looking for an Engineering Department Assistant (m/f/d).

In this role, you will support our engineering team by coordinating the worldwide shipment of our PEF (Pulsed Electric Field) systems and spare parts, along with other exciting tasks.

What You’ll Do

Processing spare part orders and customer orders.

Organizing and supporting the shipment of spare parts and systems to customers worldwide.
Preparing loading and customs documentation.
Handling customer inquiries.
This is a full-time position; part-time is possible.

Your Profile

Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training.
Computer skills and the ability to work with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
A structured and independent working style.
