We are a subsidiary of a world-leading provider of simulation and training technology for pilots and aircrew. We develop, manufacture, and support state-of-the-art training devices for flight and land simulation, as well as networked simulation applications. Our approximately 500 employees in Germany work in internationally staffed teams and tackle exciting challenges on a daily basis.
To strengthen our team in Bremen, Germany, we are looking for a
Flight Dispatcher (m/f/d)
In this role, the Flight Dispatcher will be responsible to:

Ensure that the Flight Operations systems are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure that flights are efficiently dispatched and that all company and regulatory checks are performed.

Ensure the workplace remains safe at all times.

Conduct daily aircraft inspections and inventory checks.
Qualifications:
-
Associate degree or college degree in job-related field.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in aviation planning, scheduling or related operational and customer service focus environment.

Knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies and systems.

Knowledge of commercial aviation and flight training concepts and principles.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills.

Ability to advise students on policies and procedures.

Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

An appropriate qualification in aviation or training would be well regarded.

Fluency in English, good German knowledge would be an advantage.
