European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. ESMC represents our shared commitment to strengthening the European semiconductor ecosystem.

To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate:

Supply Chain Specialist - Planner (m/f/d)

As a Supply Chain Specialist - Planner you will ensure the effective and timely delivery of critical direct and indirect materials and services to our Fab. You will manage ongoing communication with suppliers, internal Fab users, and corporate teams to optimize demand and supply planning and inventory management. You will also administer our supply chain systems, such as SAP, to maintain an efficient and stable procurement process.

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute procurement strategies by collaborating with diverse supplier groups and internal stakeholders.

2. Gather demand requirements from stakeholders and facilitate thorough reviews.

3. Forecast demand and perform supply planning to ensure all production requirements are met.

4. Drive supplier performance through effective communication to guarantee on-time delivery and replenishment.

5. Support cross-functional enhancement projects focused on supply chain excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a business-related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supply chain experience in an industrial setting. Experience in the semiconductor or chemical/material field is a plus.

3. Strong planning and logistics mindset, coupled with robust analytical skills.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

5. High learning agility, an open, and inclusive mindset.

6. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level) and German (C1 level). Additional language skills, such as Chinese, are a plus.
