Your Responsibilities
- Create and adapt visual assets for digital and print channels, including web pages, social media, presentations, brochures, flyers, signage and internal materials.
- Translate concepts and brand messages into clear, consistent graphic design solutions.
- Adapt and reformat assets for different formats, audiences and technical requirements.
- Ensure assets are aligned with campaign objectives and optimized for engagement across channels.
- Demonstrate accountability for timelines, deliverable quality, and responsiveness to feedback in a fast-paced global marketing environment.
- Contribute to basic performance awareness by understanding how visual assets support campaign reach, visibility and interaction (e.g., engagement, impressions, usability).
Your Profile
- You are enrolled in a degree program in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, Media Design or a related field.
- You are able to work confidently with design tools such as Canva, GIMP or similar applications.
- You have a good understanding of layout, typography, color and brand-consistent design.
- You have experience with web content tools such as TYPO3 or similar systems.
- You communicate fluently in English and German.
- You show an interest in how design contributes to marketing performance and are willing to learn and apply basic marketing and performance concepts in your work.
