Key responsbilities of the Role:
Ensuring the accurate and reliable accounting of all assets, creditor and debtor accounts
Responsible for payroll and cash management as well as travel expense reporting
Control of invoicing and claim management
Support in management of provisions and accruals
Responsible for tax filings and declarations as well as Intrastat reporting
Assistance in preparing monthly and annual financial statements
Support with monthly financial reports to the group and group-wide reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Preparation and participation in audits by the tax office, the auditor, or in internal group audits
Profile:
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, additional qualification as an accountant advantageous
Several years of professional experience in the required field
Beneficial: sound knowledge of commercial accounting and financial reporting, good knowledge of tax law, and expandable knowledge of IFRS
Proficient with standard MS Office programs and experience with ERP/accounting systems
Confident, friendly appearance, especially when dealing with customers
Accuracy, strong affinity for numbers, and a solution-oriented approach
Very good German language skills, good English language skills preferable
