Collaborate with the Finance team to track and manage costs, keep stakeholders informed, and partner with external teams to support timely delivery and alignment with agreed budgets.
Work closely with Production Companies to address issues as they arise and communicate schedule changes to internal and external teams.
Determine key vendors to support the creative vision and relationships, tax incentives, budget needs, and location considerations.
Identify industry trends and potential opportunities for operational improvement.
Support key stakeholders by providing context and/or expertise in business‑critical decisions.
Question existing approaches, explore new opportunities for innovation, and propose new ways to solve challenges across productions.
