The Business Unit Controller serves as a key financial and strategic business partner for the assigned Business Unit (BU), providing comprehensive financial management to support strategic objectives and financial performance.

Financial Planning and Analysis (Planning): Prepare the BU profit plan in co-ordination with the BU management team in compliance with Group specifications, contributing to the realization of profitable business development. This includes preparing a profit plan for the area of responsibility in compliance with the Group specifications and BU strategic planning.

Controlling and Reporting: Execute operative controlling and report management (for planning and special reports) to support BU management in terms of plan realization. Apply "state of the art" controlling tools to ensure the achievement of plans and objectives.

Capital and Investment Planning: Create strategic and operative capital expenditure plans to support management decision-making.

Cost and Volume Management: Support and initiate optimization projects in the commercial and engineering divisions to assist in the improvement of quality, cost, and profits.

Information Technology (IT) Support: Coordinate and ensure optimal support of business processes by information technology in compliance with the strategy.

Organizational Development: Review and design the organization and processes of the subordinate structure to guarantee optimal internal and external customer-oriented development and interfacing, as well as granting employees independent areas of competence and latitude for goal achievement.

Compliance and Administration: Ensure the effective implementation of Group strategies, specifications, and guidelines in the areas of finance and administration.

Cash Management: Ensure the effective application of Controlling and Accounting information into a rolling cash forecast monitoring the liquidity. Support Banking activities and compliance to the payment tools. Participate in the weekly alignment meeting on Group-level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in a financial controlling or similar strategic financial role.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency with financial systems (e.g., ERP, SAP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize competing projects effectively.
