Advising and partnering with leaders, managers and employees on people-related, organizational and employment law matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
Building and maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives, including managing Works Council matters and procedures
Supporting organizational change, transformation and change management initiatives
Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with legal requirements, company policies and corporate governance standards
Supporting core HR processes, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee development, recruitment and workforce planning
Supporting annual compensation and workforce planning cycles and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and standards
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting audits and compliance activities, and contributing to local, regional and international HR projects
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent professional qualification combined with relevant HR experience
Several years of professional experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally in an international and matrix-driven organization
Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law and practical experience working with employee representative bodies (e.g. Works Councils)
Experience in core HR processes as well as organizational change and transformation initiatives; solid knowledge of HR best practices and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with a high level of initiative, accountability, business orientation and discretion when handling sensitive matters
Fluent communication skills in English and German (C1), any other European language is an advantage
