As Senior Legal Counsel Corporate Law (d/f/m), you will play a key role in advising the business on complex corporate matters and shaping the legal framework of our organization. You will work in an international environment and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the group.

Advise the company on all corporate law matters, with a focus on national and international corporate structures

Lead the preparation and execution of board and committee meetings (Management Board, Supervisory Board, Shareholders), including all pre- and post-meeting activities

Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents, resolutions, and agreements

Manage and support corporate transactions, restructurings, and group-wide projects

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, HR, Compliance) as well as external advisors

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies

Drive and contribute to cross-functional legal projects

Support M&A transactions and related activities
- Fully qualified lawyer with above-average state examination results

Several years of professional experience (approx. 3 years) in corporate law, ideally in an international company or a law firm

In-depth knowledge of German and ideally European corporate law

Experience working with international stakeholders

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

Strong communication skills and team spirit

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
