Having recently closed our first three DAX corporations as flagship customers, we are now ready to accelerate our trajectory across the DACH region. To build on this momentum, we are looking for Enterprise Account Executives to help us set the foundation for a world-class Sales team.
You will own our expansion into major corporations, inheriting a robust pipeline of high-intent leads and high-profile opportunities. As one of our first dedicated Enterprise hires, you will not only close landmark deals but also help shape our strategic sales playbook and define the future of our go-to-market organization.
How your day-to-day will look like:
Full-Cycle Ownership: You take the lead on the entire sales process, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing multi-year six-figure Enterprise deals across the DACH market.-
Strategic Hunting: You identify Tier-1 accounts and build relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, and IT-Security leaders at Germany’s and DACH's largest corporations.

Value-Driven Selling: You sell our vision of training millions of “human firewalls” and position revel8 as a category-defining platform that defends against GenAI threats like deepfakes and advanced social engineering.

Collaborate to Win: You work closely with our Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to create tailored demos, strategic proposals, and go-to-market strategies.

Bring 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales with a proven history of exceeding $1M+ quotas, ideally with a background in Cybersecurity as a significant plus.

Are a master of modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC) and are able to navigate complex procurement processes and C-level negotiations over 6-12 month cycles.

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.
It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius, we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
