What to Expect
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Cell Quality Project Engineer to support our Cell Quality Manager in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role blends technical quality expertise with project leadership and daily operational support.
The successful candidate will not only coordinate activities but actively lead and drive quality projects from start to finish. You will own the morning reporting process, proactively follow up on tasks, and independently develop and implement improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, delivering results, and turning ideas into measurable quality improvements.
What You'll Do-
Act as a key technical and project-driving support to the Cell Quality Manager

Lead and deliver quality improvement projects from definition through implementation and final closure

Structure and facilitate the daily morning quality reporting, ensuring clear updates and timely escalations

Proactively track, follow up, and close open action items across teams

Independently identify improvement opportunities and develop initiatives to enhance cell quality performance and process stability

Prepare technical reports, analyses, and presentations for management reviews

Drive cross-functional collaboration between quality, production, engineering, and other departments

Promote a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring-
Strong technical background in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or battery/cell production

Proven experience in leading projects to successful completion with measurable outcomes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented personality

Solid experience with structured reporting, task tracking, and cross-functional coordination

Good project management and analytical skills

Fluent in English (German is a plus)
