Join our dynamic IT Portfolio Management team, empowering and guiding our delivery organization to create value. As part of the IT Executive Office, you will contribute to the function responsible for providing administration, organizational services, and executive support to the CIO Leadership in the most efficient and timely manner. In this role, you support the operational backbone of Commodities IT by maintaining core processes, managing essential administrative workflows, and contributing to clear communication and documentation. Through your structured working style and service‑oriented mindset, you help create the reliability, clarity, and coordination that enable the CIO organization to operate effectively.
Your tasks:
Providing administrative and organizational support for the IT Executive Office
Managing purchasing processes, vendor coordination and order tracking
Maintaining IT license management (SNOW), including compliance checks
Managing external accounts in SAP and supporting external invoicing
Updating and improving process documentation
Monitoring operational routines tasks (shift plans, time management tracking, sending reminders)
Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting overall team success

Your skills:
Ongoing studies in a Master’s program with a focus on economies, compliance, informatics, mathematics, physics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields or related field
Demonstrated resilience in high-volume, process-driven environments
Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn
Passion for details and an investigative nature
Strong organizational talent and self-starter-attitude
Capability to work in an intercultural and cross-border team set up
Versatility in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and prior experience using SharePoint
Proficiency in written and spoken English (French or German is a plus)
