We are seeking a passionate Account Manager to focus on cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with our existing customers, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction with our solutions.
Your responsibilities will center around nurturing these relationships, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned customers. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet our customers’ needs.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to existing customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within your existing customer portfolio
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Collaborate with our partners to deliver the best solutions to our customers
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives internally
- Forecast and track key account metrics, negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Experience in account management or other relevant roles focused on existing customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to priorities
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent English skills plus business proficiency in other languages such as Spanish/ French / Dutch or Portuguese is a plus
