The Associate Product Manager (APM) supports the Product Portfolio Manager within the Product Management Team (PMT) , the role is anchored in Global Marketing . The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence across the product lifecycle by coordinating cross-functional activities, supporting product portfolio management, and driving timely execution of product-related processes in alignment with the company's product range and industry strategies.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Support PMT Operations: Participate in PMT meetings, support agenda and target follow-up, and drive cross-functional actions to ensure timely execution.
Manage Product Establishment & Sampling – Coordinate product establishments, sampling activities, approvals, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain the Product Portfolio – Support product range analysis, product pruning, Product Change Notifications (PCNs), Product Data Sheets, and portfolio management tools.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Activities – Work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support business requests.
Support Market & Product Development – Coordinate Near-to-Market activities, manage product variant requests, and support execution of new product initiatives.
Drive Operational Excellence – Contribute to business growth and continuous improvement by supporting quality, cost, supply, capacity, and customer-focused product management activities.
You will thrive in this role if you bring some of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Product Management-related roles.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented, with solid project coordination and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, curious, and accountable, demonstrating ownership and the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
Working Model: This role follows a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the office and up to 2 days working remotely, subject to business needs. The role also requires regular travel to our Denmark headquarters. Travel is expected approximately 6–12 times per year (typically monthly to every other month), with each visit usually lasting up to one week. Travel frequency is generally higher during the first year and may reduce over time
