Be part of change
- Helping to shape the public image and corporate identity of an emerging deep-tech spin-off during its startup phase
- Setting up and maintaining the LinkedIn presence, planning editorial content, and creating content
- Graphic design for presentations, pitch decks, informational materials, and digital media
- Support writing social media posts and science communication content for various target audiences: industry, investors, and the professional community
- Support with external communications: preparing emails, initial outreach, and follow-ups with potential customers, partners, and investors
- Market research on target markets, competitors, and relevant industry players; building and maintaining contact lists
- Coordinating appointments, conference participation, and internal coordination
- Assisting with all non-technical tasks that arise during the early startup phase
What you contribute
- Enrollment in a full-time degree program, ideally majoring in communications, business, engineering, design, entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of graphic design and common tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Basic technical understanding or a genuine interest in deep tech, photonics, and B2B markets
- Experience with LinkedIn or other professional networks is desirable
- A structured, independent work style, initiative, and a good sense of how to adapt to different communication situations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building things from the ground up

The position is initially limited to 1 year. An extension is explicitly desired.
The weekly working time is 20 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
