Your responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor technical product development and optimisation projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Analyse and continuously optimise technical processes and product performance.
- Plan and implement design, validation and optimisation measures for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing and external service providers.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and resolve deviations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Your qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good written and spoken German, English and Chinese, particularly for communication with international suppliers and business partners.
