To reinforce our charter team, we are seeking one or more full-time employees in a position as
Responsibilities:
Providing telephone support for VIP clients before, during, and after the flight – including on-call availability outside regular office hours
Planning and coordination of individual customer requests – from VIP catering to ground transport
Customer-focused problem solving in the event of unexpected issues or schedule changes
Close communication and teamwork with the Charter and Operations teams
Maintenance and updating of relevant customer data
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally within the aviation, tourism, or hospitality sector
- Professional experience in business aviation or VIP handling is an advantage
- Friendly manner and strong service orientation
- Organizational skills and the ability to remain composed in dynamic environments
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), additional languages are an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a team and reliable way of working
