This position is part of the Core Job Team Lead II and assigned to pay grade 8. Your manager is Alfred Beekmann.
- You take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of the Main Controls team and support your employees through regular coaching, feedback, and individual development plans.
- You focus on driving change step by step and further improving team performance, ensuring the necessary redundancies through suitable measures.
- You foster a culture of ownership, transparency, and collaboration.
- You manage and develop a team specializing in control systems for wind turbines.
- You ensure the quality and continuous improvement of control and automation solutions.
- You coordinate technical standards, knowledge sharing, and best practices within the team.
- You analyze existing workflows and develop sustainable, scalable structures.
- You establish clear roles, responsibilities, and efficient communication pathways.
- You work closely with Service, Electrical Engineering, Production, and other departments to ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration.
- You have several years of professional experience in control or automation technology or a comparable technical field.
- You possess strong knowledge of system controls, embedded systems, and programmable logic controllers.
- You bring several years of experience in release management, systems engineering, and hardware development.
- You have experience in both technical and disciplinary leadership of software teams.
- You have a passion for team development, organizational structures, and modern leadership approaches.
- You stand out through solution-oriented, clear, and empathetic communication.
- You understand complex technical relationships and can confidently communicate them up to management level.
- You work in a structured, responsible, and team-oriented manner.
- You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
