To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent working cook I (full-time).
Your duties
- preparing ingredients yourself
- applying basic cooking techniques
- providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the à la carte menu, and methods
- responsible for inventory and order management
- technically supervising assistant(s).
What do we require?
- MBO 3 working and thinking level
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
What do we offer?
Market-rate salary between € 2,510 and € 3,050 gross per month, depending on experience and in accordance with the Hospitality CLA (Job Group V)
Periodic salary increases according to the Hospitality CLA
