Role description
Location: Flexible in Germany / Remote
This is a full-time position where you will lead technical execution, manage the engineering team, and act as the key interface between clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and engineering.
Your responsibilities
· Lead PV and BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
· Lead and coordinate the engineering team.
· Act as the primary technical interface between clients, suppliers, stakeholders, and engineering.
· Participate in regular technical meetings to discuss technical solutions and project requirements.
· Develop practical, innovative, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
· Ensure timely technical deliverables in compliance with German standards and grid codes.
· Support technical decisions during engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
Your profile
· Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or comparable qualification.
· At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy projects focused on PV and BESS.
· Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and medium-/high-voltage systems.
· Good knowledge of German standards (e.g. VDE, TAB).
· Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
· German and English language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
· Creative, solution-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.
