In this position, you will play a key role in supporting strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across different teams. With a proactive mindset and a strong service orientation, you contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting the success of our sales organization.
What you will do
- Manage customer order processing by verifying order accuracy, pricing, VAT, compliance, and ensuring complete and correct documentation
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics by organizing shipments, monitoring deliveries, collaborating with warehouses, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and managing transport-related documentation
- Support supply chain planning by tracking product availability, coordinating consignment stock replenishment, and providing customer forecasts to production planning
- Maintain commercial and administrative processes including SAP master data and price lists, reporting, transport cost requests, invoicing, and follow-up on overdue customer payments
- Deliver high-quality customer service by acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and complaints, resolving logistics issues, and managing insurance claims related to transport and warehousing

What you bring
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA for order processing, master data management, and commercial operations
- Fluent in English and German, with strong written and verbal communication skills in an international business environment
- Solid knowledge of international trade and logistics, including import/export regulations, Incoterms, and global trade compliance
- Experienced in preparing and managing international shipping documentation to ensure accurate and compliant cross-border transportation
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, supported by advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities for reporting, data analysis, and operational planning
