The company was founded in 2006 as a spin-off from RWTH Aachen University (Germany). The U.S. branch was opened in 2010. In 2016 we launched genomics-online.com serving scientists in genomic/transcriptomic research areas.

Job Description

Processing of technical customer inquiries both via email and chat

Close collaboration with a our customer service and sales teams

Identification of customer needs to improve our offering (e.g. service level, product information, website)
Qualifications

Formal training/education in the field of biotechnology, molecular biology, pharmacology or a related subject

Basic experience in applying molecular biology methods (Proteomics & Genomics) in the laboratory
