As part of our team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to scale our business. You will be responsible for the implementation of various topics and ensure that our ambitious goals are achieved.
Strategy development and implementation: You will work closely with the CEO, COO, CTO as well as our leadership team to define and implement our long-term growth strategy
Project management: You will lead and coordinate strategic projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and to the desired scope
Development and expansion of business cases (e.g. spin-offs, new products, national companies, etc.): You coordinate the legal and administrative steps to establish new subsidiaries in different countries
Operational setup: You set up the operational structures and ensure that they are seamlessly integrated into our existing structures
Responsibility and coordination: You coordinate the cooperation between central and local teams and report regularly to the management team
Financial management: You monitor the budget and financial performance of your projects and pay attention to quality and budget
