At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Coordinator - Early Careers & Campus who brings strong capability in recruitment coordination, stakeholder partnership, and service delivery.
You'll work closely with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders across Germany, using your organisational skills, attention to detail, and bilingual communication skills to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
- Manage end-to-end early careers and campus recruitment activities by coordinating requisitions, candidate applications, assessments, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding processes.
- Use your organisational and prioritisation skills to deliver recruitment administration activities within agreed service levels and quality standards.
- Apply your attention to detail to ensure accuracy of candidate records, contracts, offers, onboarding documentation, and recruitment data.
- Build trusted partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and stakeholders to support successful hiring outcomes.
- Use your English and German communication skills to provide a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Respond to recruitment-related queries and provide first-line support for stakeholder escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct quality and compliance reviews, including 4-eye checks, to ensure adherence to recruitment policies, procedures, and client requirements.
- Support the allocation and coordination of work across the team while reviewing output quality and promoting operational excellence.
- Maintain and update operational documentation, including work instructions, process guides, and operations manuals.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and service delivery through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure recruitment activities are delivered efficiently and consistently.
- Contribute to achieving operational targets relating to service levels, utilisation, data accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Must-Have
- Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition administration, or recruitment operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Strength in stakeholder partnership and relationship building across multiple teams and functions.
- Ability to deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience through responsive and professional communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing recruitment documentation, offers, contracts, and candidate data.
- Ability to follow established processes, apply sound judgement, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
- Strength in prioritisation, workload management, and meeting agreed service levels.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues while maintaining quality and service excellence.
- Familiarity with recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment administration processes.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications and recruitment-related technologies.
- Ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities, processes, and business needs.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt as required to support candidates, stakeholders, and recruitment activities.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting campus, graduate, internship, or early careers recruitment programmes.
- Experience conducting quality assurance reviews, compliance checks, or peer reviews.
- Familiarity with onboarding, offer management, invoicing, purchase order administration, and vendor coordination activities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting tools.
- Ability to support process improvement initiatives and operational documentation updates.
- Strength in coaching, knowledge sharing, and supporting the development of colleagues.
- Experience working with German-based stakeholders or within the DACH region recruitment landscape.
