We have a requirement for a Mechanical Turnover Engineer for a large scale Pharmaceutical Construction Project near Frankfurt.

- Managed full turnover and handover of complex mechanical systems on a large-scale pharmaceutical construction project near Frankfurt, ensuring compliance with GMP, project specifications, and strict regulatory requirements.

Developed in-depth understanding of system scope, functionality, and critical interfaces across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines within a highly regulated environment.

Prepared and compiled comprehensive Turnover Dossiers in line with pharmaceutical validation standards, including P&IDs, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, vendor documentation, and test/commissioning records.

Led structured system walkdowns with construction, commissioning, and client teams to verify installation quality, completeness, and readiness for CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) phases.

Coordinated closely with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of construction activities and availability of critical documentation such as ITRs, test packs, redlines, and as-built records.

Managed and drove closure of punch list items, prioritizing critical and GMP-impacting issues to meet aggressive project milestones.

Tracked and reported system completion status, turnover readiness, risks, and schedule impacts to senior project stakeholders.

Collaborated with CQV teams and end users to support seamless system handover, ensuring full alignment with validation and operational requirements.

Verified QA/QC and compliance documentation, including pressure testing, flushing/cleaning records, material traceability, and certification packs in line with pharmaceutical standards.

Proactively identified and escalated interface issues, constraints, and risks to maintain project delivery targets within a fast-paced, high-value construction environment.

- Degree educated or strong trades' background

Full fluency in German (Written & Oral)

Previous construction and/or turnover supervision experience essential
