To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our customer base.
Sales Assistant (m/w/d)

Sales – Asian Food Wholesale
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners in China
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up with clients
- Support the sales process from inquiry to delivery
- Sales experience preferred (experience in the food industry is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients (e.g., Asian restaurants, grocery stores, distributors)
- Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities in the wholesale and retail sectors
- Present and promote our product portfolio (seafood, sauces, spices, frozen goods, etc.)
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
- Process orders and coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business potential
- Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in food wholesale or distribution
- Knowledge of Asian food products and the Chinese culinary market is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Fluent in English; Chinese or Korean language skills are a plus
- Valid driver’s license (Class B) preferred
- Good physical condition (occasional client visits and product handling may be required)

Vertrieb – Asiatischer Lebensmittelgroßhandel
- Aufbau und Pflege starker Kundenbeziehungen
- Entwicklung und Betreuung von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Kunden und Partnern in China
- Identifikation von Verkaufsmöglichkeiten und aktive Kundenbetreuung
- Unterstützung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses von der Anfrage bis zur Lieferung
- Vertriebserfahrung von Vorteil (Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche ist ein Plus)
Hauptaufgaben:
- Betreuung und Pflege bestehender B2B-Kunden (z. B. asiatische Restaurants, Supermärkte, Großhändler)
- Aktive Neukundengewinnung im Groß- und Einzelhandel
- Präsentation und Verkauf unseres Produktsortiments (Meeresfrüchte, Saucen, Gewürze, Tiefkühlprodukte usw.)
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Preisverhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüssen
- Bearbeitung von Bestellungen sowie Koordination mit Lager, Logistik und Einkauf zur termingerechten Lieferung
- Beobachtung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbern zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und bei Kundenterminen
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften
Anforderungen:
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice, idealerweise im Lebensmittelgroßhandel oder Vertrieb
- Kenntnisse asiatischer Lebensmittel und des chinesischen Marktes sind von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und motivierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse; Chinesisch- oder Koreanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
- Gute körperliche Verfassung (gelegentliche Kundenbesuche und Warenhandling erforderlich)
