What you'll do
- Write, revise, and maintain support center articles and user guides in English
- Explain software features in clear, simple language for everyday users
- Improve existing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and readability
- Test new features and document workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams
- Optional: Create short tutorial videos and product tips for the support center and social media channels
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled at a university
- Available up to 20 hours per week
- Excellent written English skills (native level or equivalent)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
- Able to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with content creation, technical writing, video creation, or knowledge bases is a plus
