As a Digital Sales Consultant - Germany (f/m/d/x) at Shopfully, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with German retailers and key advertising partners in the German market. You will work strategically to position our digital advertising solutions, ensuring brands and retailers maximize the full potential of their drive-to-store strategies. In this role, you will combine proactive sales and account management to establish new partnerships and expand existing ones.
- Proactive consulting of retail partners on the optimal use of our advertising solutions.
- Development and implementation of tailored client strategies with clear KPIs that directly contribute to clients' revenue targets.
- Identification of new business opportunities within the retail environment, as well as targeted upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth with brands and retail clients.
- Management of an opportunity pipeline, including precise reports and forecasts for management.
- Proactive new customer acquisition and strategic outreach in the retail sector to win new retail partners through cold calling, networking, and targeted engagement.
- Onboarding, strategic development, and long-term retention of existing clients.
- Experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within digital advertising or ad-tech.
- Ideally 5+ years of professional experience.
- Excellent skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including at C-level.
- Strong communication skills for efficient client consulting and management, as well as collaboration with internal teams.
- Independent and proactive way of working, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to derive strategic insights.
- Experience or a strong interest in the strategic development of client relationships.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
