We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our production site in Grenzach, Germany.
In this role, you will help drive financial transparency, support business decisions, and collaborate closely with teams across Germany, the Netherlands, and India. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations while building strong partnerships across functions and locations.
Your responsibilities

Coordinate accounting and month-end closing activities together with the Financial Shared Services team

Ensure accurate and efficient day-to-day accounting operations

Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Perform variance analysis and provide insights during closing activities

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on accounting and audit-related topics

Support process improvements and help optimize finance operations

Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

You bring
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Controlling, or related field

Experience in Accounting, Controlling, Audit, or Finance

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills
-
Structured, analytical, and collaborative working style

Experience in manufacturing or Shared Services environment is a plus

Fluent English required; German is an advantage
