DEINE Aufgaben:
Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen (ausschließlich INBOUND)
Kommunikation per Telefon und E-Mail
Ansprechpartner für Terminänderungen und Rückfragen
Einarbeitung in projektspezifische Themenfelder
Anwendung des erworbenen Wissens in der Praxis
DEIN Profil:
Du verfügst über Kommunikationsstärke sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Bearbeitung von komplexen Sachverhalten
zusätzlich besitzt du anwendungsbereite Kenntnisse der einschlägigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Grundlagen)
eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung runden dein Profil ab
