The Excelitas facility in Alzenau, Germany has key positions in Research & Development, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and other administrative functions. This facility specializes in the production of infrared emitters for industrial process technology, particularly for heat treatment and drying in a wide range of industries such as automotive, coating, plastics, textiles, food, printing, and glass. Additionally, this site houses a modern application competence center that conducts practical tests with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution
What you can expect:

You will assist with the implementation and further development of the existing SAP system, specifically CO master data.

You will help set up and test a comprehensive reporting system.

You will assist with performing budget vs. actual comparisons and variance analyses, such as cost center variances and production variances.

You will contribute to the further development of existing controlling tools.
What you bring:

A degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance and at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling

Proficiency in common IT applications in finance and accounting, particularly MS Office and SAP
-
A structured and results-oriented approach to work, as well as a high degree of initiative

Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and personal responsibility

Independent and conscientious work ethic

Strong analytical skills

Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities

High stress tolerance (especially when working under time pressure)

Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
