Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in managing resources, budgets, and timelines while ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in refrigeration, HVAC, construction, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
