Your Responsibilities
- International M&A Projects: Support our team on international buy-side M&A transactions and contribute throughout the entire transaction process.
- Financial Analysis & Company Valuation: Analyze business plans and financial forecasts, evaluate financial performance, and prepare company valuations to support strategic investment decisions.
- Transaction & Document Analysis: Review and summarize legal documents related to international M&A activities, maintain transaction documentation, and assist in evaluating key information.
- Financial Reporting & Portfolio Controlling: Perform plausibility checks and support the monitoring and further development of the financial reporting processes for our international investments.
- Financing & Capital Structure: Assist in the preparation and coordination of financing activities and support the implementation of corporate finance initiatives.
- International Stakeholder Management: Work closely with our international Managing Partners and support communication across the global ETL network.
Your Profile
- Academic Background: Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a focus on Finance.
- Initial Professional Experience: Ideally, you have gained practical experience (through internships or an entry-level position) in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Strong financial modelling skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Commercial & Strategic Mindset: A keen interest in company valuations, investment decisions, and strategic topics within an international M&A environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally with management teams and international stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken. Good German language skills are an advantage.
