Our community care service IC Home 24 cares for people in need of intensive care, ventilated and non-ventilated, with a high level of professionalism and social competence. Over 600 employees at 20 locations in Germany work with us.
In the residential communities we enable patients to live a self-determined life in an atmosphere like at home. The focus is on promoting independence and personal responsibility with the aim of offering the highest level of social and public participation, privacy and individual quality of life.

In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du das Herzstück unserer Versorgung in Düren und Köln. Du führst ein leidenschaftliches Team, das Kinder und Erwachsene betreut - Langeweile gibt es hier nicht.
Leadership: Du verantwortest die Personalführung und -entwicklung und bist der erste Ansprechpartner in Teambesprechungen und Fallkonferenzen.
Steuerung: Du hast den Pflegeschlüssel und die Dienstplanung via Medifox fest im Griff.
Qualitätsmanagement: Du überwachst die Pflegeprozesse hinsichtlich MD- und FQA-Vorgaben.
Admin-Support: Mit deinem Blick für Details unterstützt du die Leistungs- und Stundenabrechnung.
Präsenz: Du bist 3 bis 5 Mal pro Woche an unseren Standorten unterwegs – nah dran am Team und unseren Klienten.
People for people | Your Carefluencer profile
Expertise: Du bist examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit der Zusatzqualifikation für außerklinische Beatmung.
Management: Eine PDL-Weiterbildung (mind. 460 Std.) oder ein Studium im Pflegemanagement ist dein Fundament.
Fachwissen: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Intensivpflege/Anästhesie mit. Erfahrung in der Kinderintensivpflege? Ein echtes Plus!
Macher-Mentalität: Du arbeitest selbstständig, liebst Organisation und überzeugst durch deine positive, zugewandte Art. Medifox-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
