1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related technical discipline.
2. Several years of professional experience working with cleanroom environments or comparable highly controlled technical facilities.
3. Experience in the operation, commissioning or optimisation of complex technical systems.
4. A structured and analytical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, service providers and cross-functional teams.
6. Fluent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages).
7. Willingness to participate in international training assignments during the onboarding phase (up to 3 months in Taiwan).
Nice-to-Have:
1. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industries.
2. Knowledge of cleanroom technologies, including Airborne Molecular Contamination (AMC) and Air Pollution Control (APC) systems.
3. Experience with reliability and problem-solving methodologies such as RCA, FMEA or 8D.
4. Previous experience in a system ownership or operational responsibility role.
