Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will gain insights into Product Engineering, Quality and Process Management, as well as cross-functional project work. The tasks can be adapted depending on your field of study, interests, and areas of competence.
- Support the development and documentation of processes
- Create and maintain templates, checklists, process descriptions, and action item lists
- Prepare documentation for volume production, e.g. instructions, drawings, and bills of materials
- Structure, track, and evaluate reports, supplier documentation, and technical verification
- Support Requirements Engineering and Design Verification Plans by structuring requirements, tests and evidence
- Support supplier and project communication, e.g. by preparing meeting minutes, action item lists and presentations
- Support product changes and change management in the PLM system

Your Profile:
Must-have:
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Ongoing studies in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, quality management, or a comparable degree program
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word; initial CAD knowledge
- Good written and spoken English skills in a highly international environment
Preferred:
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Completed basic studies
