The agile Release Train of the Customer Data Hub (CDH) is responsible for development and operations to provide convergent customer data in real time from all IT stacks. We rely on innovative technologies such as K2View Fabric, Kafka, and cloud-native architectures in AWS. With millions of API calls and event triggers per month, we support the digital interactions of our Vodafone customers.
As Group Lead, you take responsibility for all roles at the Düsseldorf location that ensure the operation and deployment of CDH applications. In your agile role as Product Owner for the “Deployments and Initial Load” team, you manage and coordinate the commissioning of business-critical projects that have a direct impact on Vodafone’s digital transformation and business success.

What to expect:

In your agile role as Product Owner for the “Deployments and Initial Load” team, you maximize the value delivered by the team by clearly defining, prioritizing, and aligning the product vision and backlog with business goals.

In your line function as Group Lead “CDH DevOps,” you are responsible for the disciplinary leadership of all roles at the Düsseldorf location that ensure the operation and deployment of CDH applications and continuously develop your employees.

You act as the central interface for stakeholders, represent the interests of customers and the business, and ensure clear communication of the product vision, roadmap, and release plans.

You manage and coordinate the commissioning of business-critical projects that have a direct impact on Vodafone’s digital transformation and business success.

You promote continuous improvement, collect feedback, measure results, and continuously develop processes, products, and employees.

You actively participate in PI Plannings, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops and ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality, valuable product increments.
