What you'll do
- Steer production projects from kick-off to final delivery – stills, motion, CGI and AI
- Own timing, budget, resources and quality across the entire pipeline
- Act as the interface between clients, photographers, artists and the studio – you keep everyone on track
- Create and track schedules, briefings and quotes
- Spot risks early and solve them before they become problems
What you bring
- Several years of project management experience, ideally in a production company, studio or agency
- Organisational talent, overview and the calm to steer several projects in parallel
- A confident presence with clients and teams – clear, reliable communication
- A feel for craft and quality paired with an understanding of numbers and processes
- Confident with tools like MS Project, Asana, Trello or similar
- Nice to have: experience in postproduction, CGI or automotive production
- Nice to have: AI workflow experience
